Native american artifacts

This item is shaped like an arrow head but isn’t , it fits perfect in your hand if ur of the rather larger hands but it just fits right, even the hole in the right center is perfectly positioned to get a better grip and more comfortable feel to set inside ur hand, not sure what this tool was used for but I feel it’s definitely a well preserved artifact tool for sure ,
